To confirm a reservation is necessary advance payment of 30% total price. The balance and the tourist tax the customer pays directly to the host upon arrival to the accommodation unit.
The guests in the accommodation unit after 14:00 hours, and on the day of departure the accommodation unit to 10:00 hours.
